Hi Sara, the launcher script was changed to [dspace]/bin/dspace several versions ago. The old dsrun class launcher is now available as "[dspace]/bin/dspace dsrun". But the wiki page is very outdated and you can no longer run the org.dspace.administer.Formats class, because there isn't any. I actually never used it, so I'm not quite sure what it's supposed to do. What do you want to achieve? Something more than viewing/editing the bitstream format registry via the Administrative menu item Registries->Format? You didn't specify which interface you're using, so I'm assuming XMLUI.
