Loading the URL
http://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/gr/ekt/bte/bte-core/0.9.2.3-SNAPSHOT/bte-core-0.9.2.3-SNAPSHOT.pom
in a normal browser results in the error message below. Anyone knowing if the
repository is moved or anything could you advise or any suggestion resolving
this issue.

Subject: Build Failure running maven
Dear All,
I have got build failure while running $ mvn -U clean package, I have
downloaded and unpacked dspace set installation directory and do other settings
in dspace.cfg, I am installing dspace4.1 I have executed the command under path
[dspace-source] , bellow is the error I have received.
