This error is due to: https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-1961 and
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/542
Not sure if this has been fixed for 4.1 yet.

Dear All,
I have got build failure while running $ mvn –U clean package, I have
downloaded and unpacked dspace set installation directory and do other settings
in dspace.cfg, I am installing dspace4.1 I have executed the command under path
[dspace-source] , bellow is the error I have received.
