maybe im absolute wrong. i Do not mean the quarantined Mails, I Mean the 
History.
That one is in the Database i think , isnt it ?
Its interresting, bevore i set to latin i had there no issues since everyting 
on my server is on UTF8
but i had to switch to latin 1 now after i set it in the Database to latin1
