The DSPAM project requires new admins and developers if it is not to go
into a dormant state.

The original 'team' of admins have lost communication, therefore the
project only has one admin (me) and no activate developers. There is
no conspiracy about this, just a bunch of people that had good
intentions but for various reasons are no longer able to commit further
time to DSPAM right now.

The 3.9.1 release is 99% ready. I believe it requires one further RC,
some testing and then release.

I remain an admin of the project so that others can join and have access
to GIT and the WIKI. If anyone out there has some skills that could be
useful to DSPAM then the project really does need your help.

The project is not 'dead', just waiting for some new people to get stuck in.

Kind regards
Paul
