Are you sure this is the problem described in the thread?

even if it is the case (as said, I am not sure to have understood the real
issue), the css* programs are called by dspam_maintenance script (which is
now used by most distributions for the standard daily cleaning, which means
the user dictonaries can be corrupted every night…).
