So, this must be the problem... - Not seeing individual users data means your webserver (the CGI script) is unable to read the user directory or data inside the user directory or that you have wrongly configured your configure.pl or that the CGI is unable to parse the output of "dspam --version".
btw... I am not finding anything under /usr/spool/dspam/data directory. On the subject of upgrading to 3.9. I would love to do it. I did a git clone. There seem to be issues with autogen.sh. ( I am running debian lenny). I am not sure if I am looking in the wrong place or I need to modify autogen.sh. Then the question is what else I will need to modify. To pull source I did git clone git:// dspam.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/dspam.
