Actually, the name ended up being /etc/dspam/webfrontend.conf.  I also
noticed that the reason why error was generated is because file *
/var/spool/dspam/data/abc.com/rgelfand/rgelfand.log.  I suppose this log
contains emails which are loaded from dspam mysql db.   Assuming
all permissions are set correctly, at which point data is transferred from
db to this file? *
