Okay then. I am terribly bad at writing in English. But since most of us are 
native English speakers... they should go and start writing documentation and 
how-to's. Why do we have just a bunch of commits for 3.9.0 targeting the 
documentation? We should have more. A very easy to follow step by step 
instruction should be bundled with the DSPAM documentation. Who is going to 
take that task?
