Hi Daniel,

The lastest Dspam code is held in a GIT versioning repository on source forge. http://dspam.git.sourceforge.net/

[if you don't know GIT]
The basic process is to download a 'clone' from this repository to your local computer. Then work on the files on your computer. Once you are happy with your changes, you create 'diff' files and send back to the list. (if you want to make regular commits one of the devel's will 'sponsor' you and give you write access to the repo)

If you are a windows desktop user, you might want to try this:
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/dspam/index.php?title=Guide_to_using_git_and_cygwin

If this is too much, or too confusing let us know and we'll send you a zip of the files

kind regards,
Paul
