It's water cooled. Out of the box. IBM did it. Each processor module has six 
quad-core-cpus (total 96 cores) including external cache and the CPUs are 
running at 5.2 GHz (eat this Intel!). I hope they are going to make new CPUs 
that are above 5.2 GHz in the future. I am still running a bunch of QNX systems 
with a DEC Alpha CPU cooled down with freon to below 0C (so that I can 
overclock them) and need to replace them soon. So > 5.2 GHz is very much needed 
on my end :)
