And if they're using the same hash function to hash callsigns to 
10.x.x.x addresses, it won't be too difficult to do a full exchange 
someday, since there won't be any IP duplication.

Glad to see this first step toward a global network.  While other 
digital systems are struggling to even find an economical way to link 
their systems, D-STAR's linking is up, working, and now going global!
