>From my perspective, that "just" sounds like packet loss on the internet side. How much / what work have you done on that aspect? You mentioned changing network cards, but what about looking at the latency on your connection, MTU in the router, etc. etc. ? Additionally, you should regard EVERY component on the internet side (modem, router, switch, etc) as faulty until you've proven otherwise. I have seen plenty of (alledgedly industrial strength) gigabit switches causing problems. Of course, if it also does this with "local" stations (who are good signal strength on the the RF side), then you can disregard what I've said :-) Good luck!
