I will clear things up here. Our Internet is fine. This problem has been with us from both locations when we moved. We use Cable (Modem has been changed out twice) for our Internet. We have 1.5 Up and 10 MB Down.
We have spent countless hours on the phone with our ISP to ensure we had the best quality possible. This problem does NOT occur when we are using the repeater for local traffic, this ONLY occurs when using the Gateway. I see many great emails but, so far I have tried pretty much everything. I even changed out the router. I suspect it may come back to ICOM. I put out this notice in the event someone has had a similar problem that maybe was linked to the controller or repeater modules.
