Okay. I can probably help. However I need the following info: 1. What is the driver version you are using? 2. What is the software version of your IC-800H?
I can personally tell you, ICOM support is clueless. I have an open ticket and questions they never answered. I went to a club meeting of D-Star users and got all the help I needed to get the thing running. ICOM - spend some money on your support and get some people in your support group to actually SOLVE problems, and DOCUMENT them for further use. As a guy who works customer service, ICOM should consider firing their entire support staff and getting some folks in who know (and care about) what they are doing.
