I stand corrected, after many months of trying I can now get my 92 to display GPS-A data received from my 2820, but I can't the 2820 to display the GPS-A data received the 92, even though both are using same mode. But switching to GPS(DVG) using the checksum code method all works first time so I'm sticking with that. Of course, the main point is that we have to decide which mode to use so all can be seen on others transceivers as well as the APRS servers, other wise what's the point of having it on when mobile if no position data is being displayed?
