He wasn't asking for help with a Dplus linked call.  He was asking for help
in talking to JA stations.  

 

There are no Dplus links to JA, currently possible.

RPT? is normal for a Dplus Linked call that tricks the gateway into 
thinking it is going nowhere. :-) steve
