It looks as I am the only one who is unable to get Chirp up and running ok on a
W XP-Pro system ... Problem is that I am unable to select a file type from a
drop down menue when clicking on save as (the box is empty), and when I enter,
e.g., test.chirp or test1.csv etc. the file will be saved correctly but I am
unable to open the saved file again (file type mismatch, unknown format etc).
After a lot of unsuccessfull attempts I had unzipped library.zip in the Chirp
directory to the same directory but no change.

I have sent a mail to Reiner in German language to his e-mail address and hope
that he can help, because I am unsure if the problem is related to the
Germany-settings in Windows local settings. If somebody else had similar
experience and knows how to fix it would be nice to get this information.

Thanks for your help in advance.
