Hello all, thank you for your answers. @Gary In cause of the fan-sound I just choose the way, you use, too. Have a look at the two pics: http://www.antennenkoppler.de/fotos/rigmic1.jpg and rigmic2.jpg I think a great soloution, isn't it?
And against the "Hollow modulation" I will use the mic, seen on tis photos. A rig/usb-converter I made already for the IC-E7 (the rig i sold in cause of my 92D, but the software I can offer) - but I search for the software, I know I will only use this one time, so I don't like to buy, ... perhaps I found it sometime somewhere ... @all Of cause, I switched the modulation to high and wide before. @ Nate > "CHIRP", an open-source package that's still under development. where an I find it? I only googled is must be written in pyton, ... > > And is it possible to remote controll the rig via CAT ? > Not that anyone has been able to figure out yet, no. CAT is actually Yaesu's name for it. CI-V is Icom's usual > name for describing rig control features. What a shame! I just found a project, to simulate the mic HM-133 ... perhaps I will try this ... Have a great time, vy 73 Vajk / DD1GV
