In cause of the fan-sound I just choose the way, you use, too.
Have a look at the two pics:

I think a great soloution, isn't it?

And against the "Hollow modulation" I will use the mic, seen on tis photos.

A rig/usb-converter I made already for the IC-E7 (the rig i sold in cause of my 
92D, 
but the software I can offer) - but I search for the software, I know I will 
only use this
one time, so I don't like to buy, ... perhaps I found it sometime somewhere ...

Of cause, I switched the modulation to high and wide before.

What a shame!

I just found a project, to simulate the mic HM-133 ... perhaps I will try this 
...
