Good morning,

I recently bought a FC-301/D to use it for D-star home brew projects..

Yesterday night I spent it "playing" with FC-301/D ;-)
I built cable modem to interface FC-301/D with my packet modem. I tested
it at 400.125Mhz and It goes
in TX as it must do.

I have problems in programming the radio.
I didn't find a way to successfully read them via RS232.

Someone has got experience with FC-301/D ?

Please can you help me...

1) what are default value for RS232 ? 9600,8,N,1 ? or what else?

2) yellow line must be grounded to go in programming mode ?
Is it correct that when the radio is in programming mode a red led on
the right is fixed ?
How can I ground yellow line ? Attacch it to an external ground ? on
ground it on DB9 soldering
it to PIN 4 ?

Thanks
MArco
