You can't program the entries in the Bank CH directly, but you should be able 
to enter items into the "All / 0-99" banks without anything in the Repeater 
List. I've got a file in front of me now that is just that way.

Yes, I tried entering the programming using the memory channel list alone. That 
will not work (for me at least). The only way you can enter information into 
the cells of the memory location is by having the information in the repeater 
list first. If nothing is in the repeater list, then you cannot select anything 
to put into a cell. In other words, there does not seem to be an ability for 
free form entry into the memory cells.
