In the software go to "COMMON", and make sure Auto Repeater is set to RPT1.
Or, on the radio make sure under "DUP/TONE" your offset frequency is set to the correct offset. The go into the "Menu", select "SET MODE", and set "AUTO REPEATER" to RPT1 . Then reprogram the memory channel.
