Dirk, The guy is wrong ;) and you are `misinformed`.
Typical linux session in India. ;) is pretty vibrant(?).

And most of the time, we dont get ample time to discuss about
CPR, we just do it ;)

you are right, In a truly multi cultural environement like we have in
Dubai, collissions
occur
because individuals insist on keeping with the standard they are
accustomed to. If one thinks that the one he/she is accustomed to is the
base of such standards, then Dubai is not the right place for you anymore.
In Germany, driving on the road is a charm, everyone strictly adheres to
rules(?), in Dubai, not everyone is pretty cool about rules, and in India
