Good Move Brad, what prompted you to choose the FreeBSD 6 ? Was it the
fact that it was available on the front cover of this months linux
mag! Was it the cute beastie on the front with the nastly looking
trident ? Is it because you were brain washed during our last GLUG
and BURP ?

I have FBSD 6 (stable) running on my IBM T41 laptop at the moment, it
rocks. I have also just implemented two FreeBSD Servers as firewalls
(active - passive, using CARP) for a client... I know I know, I should
have gone with the openBSD, however the client already has 5 sites
running around the world using FreeBSD as a firewall.

FreeBSD 6.0 will run with Xen 2,0, and 6.1 shall work with Zen 3.0
Currently you can run FreeBSD 6 as domU under Xen, but you have no
support for suspend. Ths is all under development though. So We
should see it soon.
