Because some twit somewhere takes offence to some silly video on there and asks 
eim to filter the site.

You can *try* and e-mail the address on the filter page, but I suspect this one 
is done deliberately.

Because obviously the means to participate in an online community offends the 
religious and cultural 
sensitivities of the UAE.
