Can you email me the o'rielly book? I'm not sure about using it with no-ip but if you can get your hands on a hosted server out of the UK or US - it can work pretty well...it doesn't have to be only a EPABX replacement. Ofcourse call quality will always depend heavily on end user premises bandwidth.
