Err.. no unfortunately.. mine uses a PC installed under the desk at my Bro's 
place in the UK, or a 
number of locations in Aus..

Tho now I remember something about these guys https://www.relakks.com/
It's a bit spendy at 5 euros a month from memory, but it does give you full 
unfettered access to the 
world..  til etisalat blocks all their ip addresses like they have everyone 
elses in any case..
