And there is your explanation.
I'm sure it's all related to their misguided efforts to protect us from
ourselves. They have to
blackhole and mis-route so much traffic in so many strange ways. And this from
a company that can't
even keep the "this side of the pipe" configured and working correctly. I'm not
surprised it all
falls over on regular occasions.
I'm just glad I'm not actually paying for a reliable service, or else I'd be
forced to actually get
of my backside and lodge some form of complaint..
