Since we cannot agree at the moment whether we want to allow such a clean up, I propose to not change it, i.e. the paraview output is always the same as calculated, used and treated in dumux. 2) I propose to re-introduce the physical functions as Philipp has described them as an additional backcoupling to the time manager.
