Greetings all,

I would like to install OS 8.1 on a powerbook 2300c but wanted to know which
OS is the most efficient to work with on this model? I have 7.6 now but
after using 8.1 on my desktop, I think 8.1 would be much nicer. My only
concern is slowing down the powerbook.

The powerbook has 40 ram & 770 hard drive.

Also, that 14.4 internal modem is just too slow. Does anyone know if we can
update the modem to a faster internal or are the 2300's stuck with using the
printer port for an external modem?

Edward
