The Powerbook guy used to have those. You can also get a 6GB SCSI HD
from MCE, if you're willing to shell the bucks. Those are IDE drives
with an IDE-to-SCSI converter but work fine and they are very fast
compared to the original SCSI drive. I bought a 2GB drive from them
for a friend's Duo 280 two years ago with very good results speed and
otherwise.
