This thread almost surprises me. I have always used RamBunctious for a lot
of things (review in MacWorld said you could get 7 hours of text entry in
WriteNow by using it on a RamDisk.) and when I emailed the authors they
said they respected Apple's request to only have their own Ram Disks
bootable. So i archived the Disk Tools, Norton DD and SD as an .sea for
easy use on the road. No external floppy drive wanted or needed.
But I keep hearing about Connectix Maxima, which was not only
bootable but worked as an early version of Ram Doubler too!
Someday I'll find a copy of that too!
