When I choose "Export" to my Sony PC 1 the result is distorted audio and
video and, hence, I have given up that method and have resorted to producing
short Quicktime clips for my iDisk to allow friends and family to view. Do
you suppose it is my antiquated pb 2400 (400mhz/112ram/10gig/9.04/RATOC
firewire card) that is giving me the exporting problems? I was going to put
in a 30 gig hard drive, but now am wondering if I should bother and, perhaps,
spend the money on the new iMac SE DV. As an alternative, I have seen
references to the possibility of transferring edited iMovie material from the
computer to a VHS format which would assuage my desire to make VHS movie
copies. Can anyone comment on this possibility?
