I just finished my Ph.D., so I don't need this computer anymore. <sigh>
This is a great system--good for both portability (the computer weighs
just 4.2 pounds) and home use. The computer is in excellent shape-- I was
having the "green light of death" problem, and literally just got it back
from Apple a few hours ago, so it has been freshly serviced by the Apple
repair team, and is in perfect working condition, so it should be in great
shape for years to come. I am the original owner (serial number
I572705UAJN) since October 1997. I have reformatted the hard drive and
installed a fresh version of system 8.5, IE and some freeware, so it is
absolutely ready to go out of the box. Plus, I've accumulated a large
number of extras that I'm including with the system -- this is my much
beloved complete Powerbook setup -- it has everything you need.
