If Joshua has a 200 series Duo, the Apple Telecom 3.1.3 software won't
work with it according to the following Apple Read Me:
"Apple Telecom 3.1.3 and 68K Macintosh computers
This version of Apple Telecom software is not supported on
680x0 Macintosh computers due to a bug in the CFM-68K Runtime
Enabler extension."
The alternative software to get the Apple 14.4 Express Modem
working on a 200 series Duo in order to establish an internet connection
is to use the Apple Express Modem
1.5.5 software (which I'm using right now on a system 7.1 Duo 270c)
The Apple Express Modem 1.5.5 software can be downloaded at the URL
below: (copy and paste the URL into your web browser to dowload and
then make a floppy disk out of it
using Disk Copy 4.2 which can be found here
