I Never really read the box, just pick up buy it stick it in "If it work's
great" if not back it goes and try something else. It's suprising
sometimes! At time you may get limited operation! Haven't blown up a book.

I believe you meant 2400c. I think most of USB cards work without MCE
upgrade. My USB card works on my two different 2400c and few of my friends
2400c.
The best way, buy one and try.
