Well, what I'm saying is that the computer is plugged, in the wall, and if I
insert the battery, the computer will restart after 2-3 seconds. I see in
the menubar that the battery indicator changes, clearly showing the battery
is completely discharged.

What I don't understand is if I put the battery in, while the computer is
running, it will restart shortly after. Or if the computer is off and I
insert the battery, I won't be able to make it start (pressing the power
button does nothing). This is while the Duo connected to its power adapter,
which is plugged in the wall.
