Haven't had time to go look at my favorite joints in Akihabara, but I
found a Japanese mail order place that carries the 2400 pram batteries
among many others and emailed them. They say the have stock, they charge
roughly US$25 for the battery and $15 for shipping (! way too much for a
tiny battery).
Anyway, you want me to order you any? Their total cost to me is 4305
yen. ($40.25 at today's rate) Plus airmail postage to the
US/Europe/wherever... should be less than $5. I could take payment via
Paypal.
Pricey, but better than the $300 plus another post was talking about....
(and you're on your own for installation!)
