IMHO... please don't flame me for that, but pine sucks, and I'm the 
one who takes care of the UNIX servers here. My suggestion is, 
migrate away from it if you can. If file format is a problem, you can 
find instructions  at 
http://tsp.ucdavis.edu/nar/FAQ-Pine2Eudora-Mac.html on how to convert 
your mail files to the Eudora format, which is the standard UNIX mbox 
file, by the way. I did it with my old mail files long ago and I've 
been living happily without pine ever since.

But if you truly happen to like pine, there isn't any mac port that I 
know of. You might want to check the macmail site though. However, if 
your mail server is a UNIX workstation, you can always telnet the 
machine from your mac using BetterTelnet and use pine there. It works 
well that way for me on Sun and IBM UNIX servers here.
