My previous ramblings were the combination of lack of caffeine and reading daily my Newtontalk & Duolist messages. I guess my point is, while I'm sure the Cube is filling a need somewhere, Apple isn't addressing other areas. What's worse, they had products that use to. The duo is a great laptop. Could you imagine the a g3 500 mhz processor in a truly compact design that docks to become a powerful workstation? Why walk away from a sub notebook category to create a mini desktop category? They're trying to compete on the wrong front. Their Powerbooks are great machines, but can anyone tell me why a consumer portable like the iBook needs to weight 7 pounds? In a laptop market where everything is getting lighter and smaller, they seem to ge going the wrong way. Turn around Steve! Turn around!
