Hi Laurent,

The 2300c only has enough VRAM to display thousands of colors at 640x400.

Cheers,
John

Subject: [Duo2400] Thousands of Colors on a 2300c = changed resolution?

I had noticed that when I switched the number of colors from 256 to
Thousands on my 2300c, the screen seems like changing resolution.
However, when I check the resolution, it says "640 X 480", but the
visible image height is slightly smaller, and I see the Trash name
almost disapearing at the bottom edge. That suggests a different
resolution to me, like 400. Anybody can explain this?

Thanks in advance!

-Laurent.
