Yep, the new modem. On the package it list Mac OS 9.04 and USB as
requirements.

Cause I don't know if there a serial driver necessary for the modem to work
and the people I'm buying the modem from are clueless.  I'm guessing now
that the OS might well handle it if I use a generic or hayes modem setting
in the control panel. I just don't know enought about how Ricochet logs on.
Can you explain if your set-up requires a special control panel or Ricochet
specific modem script?
