Sure, there are a few of them. The basic entry is the MediaVision's one,
but it is only a 2x drive. It's very slow. Panasonic is also making
another drive that is 8x. I'm waiting for one of them to see. Those
drives can usually run on batteries, and can also be used as CD players.
Check on eBay.
