I would start to built an Ethernet network (thus far the only thing you can connect is
the iMac) but you have to think about the future. You can connect the the ethernetwork
via an enet-phonenet bridge to a localtalk network (I use Asanteprint, a $100 gadget
with one end connecting to a ethernet hub and the other to a phonenet daisychain (yoou
can connect at any point) I successfully ran a mixed network of Cube + PBook2400 +
Snap Server on the Enet side and Laserwriter NTR + Stylewriter 2400 + Powerbook 1400
on the phonenet side.
This way you have a setup that is ready for new hardware in teh future and still
allows for the use of your current stuff.
