I recently got some from Dan Janisch (sp?), the eponymous "PowerBook Guy." $1 a piece, "to cover his costs for finding them," which I did not think totally unreasonable since they cost $0.20 or so when you bought them in big bags. I don't know whether he'll sell them without you buying something else, OTOH all he has to do put them in a stamped first class envelope or even tape them to a postal card, and Paypal simplifies payment.
