Oh Gawd you killed the little beastie!.... Those little cables and connectors tear pretty easy, check em' all, even a tiny tear you can't really see will mess you up. How's the back lighting? Does it still work or is it distorted? Anyway, the other day, I managed to drop my 2300c and promptly freaked out. Much to my relief, the LCD did not crack. I powered it on and the screen was garbled. It looks like there are about 8 different copies of the screen image on the LCD, all centered differently. It renders the machine useless without an enternal monitor. It does work in the dock, though, nothing wrong at all. Anyone have any ideas on this one? Tom PS: Who can point me to a supplier of those little grey pads that cover the screws in the front of the display housing? My 2300 used to look brand spankin' new, and is quite embarrased by its current external appearance. ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
