Sounds like a possible bad keyboard controller, or the keyboard controller
solder joints could be coming loose from the board (not terribly likely,
but I've seen stranger things happen). I would try tracing the paths back
from where the keyboard is connected, back to they chip they connect to
(they'll all go to the same place). Then re-solder (being enourmusley
carefull if their surface mount) the pins. Plug it in and hope it works.
