I've maintained all along that the current, basic design of the 2400c is 
near perfect.
Why change too much? 
O.K., maybe a brighter screen, longer battery life, USB and firewire.
If you shaved a little off the girth, maybe by flattening it and inch, 
you'd probably get it under 4 lbs. w/ battery.

I can't imagine all that would be too difficult.
I really have never understood Apple's thinking on the subnotebook 
market. The Asian market alone could have made them money on this one, I 
would imagine. But hey, I'm not a Suit.

Steve, are you listening?  Probably not.
Wasn't Woz on this list, or am I thiking the Newton list? So many lists, 
so many...
