You could try VNC - it lets you see what's on the other machine's screen
over ethernet so you don't need an extra monitor or keyboard - you can find
it at http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/
It should work - I haven't tried the mac server, but I have used the mac
viewer to see and operate windows machines...
