Without a doubt the day I take delivery of a mini-Ti is the day ebay will 
have yet another 2400c posting.

What I want to see is something about as thin as a Ti, without a CD 
drive, with a 800 x 600 active matrix, USB, ethernet, modem, and a four 
hour run time. Poundage should be around 4 or 4.5. I want a small form 
factor that would be usable in the coach seats. Listen Apple execs: most 
of us don't fly up there in first class!

A slightly miniaturized keyboard a la 2400c would be acceptable, even 
welcomed. Speed is not too important for me so even a G3 processor would 
be fine. Drop the GLOD.

A laptop with replacement batteries that you can actually buy wouldn't be 
too bad either.
